The In-Memory Arrow Data Accelerator uses Apache Arrow to store data in memory for fast access and query performance. In Spice v2.3 and earlier, it is the default data accelerator. From Spice v2.4, it is the default only on native Windows. On Linux and macOS, the default is Spice Cayenne.
Configuration
To use the In-Memory Arrow Data Accelerator, set arrow as the engine for acceleration. In Spice v2.3 and earlier, and on native Windows, an acceleration with no engine also uses Arrow.
