docs(deployment): add dynamodb:Query to the AWS integrations IAM policy and pin the 2.4.1 chart and image (#2476) The AWS integrations IAM policy omitted dynamodb:Query, which the DynamoDB connector issues for a partition-key filter, so a query filtered on the key fails with AccessDenied. Added to vNext and every snapshot from 1.10.x. The 2.4.x and vNext deployment guides pinned Helm chart and image 2.4.0; they now pin 2.4.1, the current release.
