fix: isodow is ISO 8601 (Monday 1, Sunday 7) on v2.1.x and later The date_part / extract field list documented isodow as "day of the week where Monday is 0". From v2.1.0 the runtime returns 1 for Monday and 7 for Sunday, matching Postgres and ISO 8601. Scoped to vNext, 2.3.x, 2.2.x and 2.1.x. The 1.9.x-2.0.x snapshots keep "Monday is 0": on those releases DataFusion mapped isodow straight onto Arrow's zero-based kernel, and spiced v2.0.0 returns 0 for Monday. New wording matches the pinned spiceai/datafusion doc string verbatim.
