docs(sql): SQL PREPARE/EXECUTE need a Flight SQL session; document parameter binding (#2251)

fix: isodow is ISO 8601 (Monday 1, Sunday 7) on v2.1.x and later
The date_part / extract field list documented isodow as "day of the week
where Monday is 0". From v2.1.0 the runtime returns 1 for Monday and 7 for
Sunday, matching Postgres and ISO 8601.
Scoped to vNext, 2.3.x, 2.2.x and 2.1.x. The 1.9.x-2.0.x snapshots keep
"Monday is 0": on those releases DataFusion mapped isodow straight onto
Arrow's zero-based kernel, and spiced v2.0.0 returns 0 for Monday.
New wording matches the pinned spiceai/datafusion doc string verbatim.

docs(sql/search): rerank() model is optional, and limit does not bound the candidate pool (#2123)
* docs(sql/search): rerank() model is optional, and limit does not bound the candidate pool
The rerank() argument table listed model as required. It is optional
when exactly one reranker or chat model is registered. The limit row
also read as if it bounded reranker work; it caps output only, and the
bare-table path silently truncates to 1000 candidates.
* docs(sql/search): separate the zero-model case from the ambiguous one for rerank()
With no reranker or chat model registered, rerank() fails whether or not
`model` is supplied — no name can resolve — so folding that case in with the
multiple-model case pointed the reader at a fix that cannot work.
