docs: quote placeholders in shell examples so the blocks paste safely An unquoted <placeholder> inside a shell-tagged fence is redirection from a file of that name, so a copied command aborts (exit 1), fails to parse (exit 2), or — where it sits mid-block — is silently skipped while the block still reports exit 0. Quote the placeholder, which keeps it visible as a placeholder and passes it through verbatim. Usage synopses are left alone: where a fence carries [...] optional-argument notation, or a placeholder fills a command slot, the <> is grammar for the command's shape rather than a command to paste. Fixes #2196

docs(embeddings): replace deprecated Google text-embedding-004 with gemini-embedding-2 Google shut down text-embedding-004 on 2026-01-14. Update all Google AI embedding examples to default to google:gemini-embedding-2 (the latest GA model) and the legacy example to google:gemini-embedding-001 (still available). Also correct the false claim that the model ID defaults to text-embedding-004: the runtime's google() embedding path requires an explicit model ID and errors with ModelNotProvided when absent (crates/runtime/src/model/embed.rs), across v1.11.x through trunk. Fixes #1926

docs(snapshots): snapshot files carry the engine extension, not .db Since v1.11.1 (spiceai/spiceai#9318) the snapshot filename ends in the acceleration engine's extension — .duckdb, .sqlite, .cayenne or .turso — via AccelerationEngine::snapshot_extension(). The examples still showed the pre-v1.11.1 ".db" suffix. Scoped to v1.11.x and later; 1.8.x-1.10.x correctly document ".db", which is what snapshot_filename() hardcoded in those releases.
