docs(workers): remove the type key from worker examples `spicepod::component::worker::Worker` has no `type` field — it was removed in v1.4.0 (spiceai/spiceai#6039), before the oldest versioned docs snapshot. Since v1.9.0 the struct is `#[serde(deny_unknown_fields)]`, so `type: load_balance` makes the Spicepod fail to load; on v1.5.x–v1.8.x it is silently ignored. Either way it is a key users should not copy.
