Generated versioned docs from release branches 1.5 through 1.11. Removed generate-versions.sh and updated .gitignore. * Remove generate-versions script from build workflow Versioned docs are now checked in directly. Remove the script invocation from package.json build, drop the fetch-depth: 0 from CI (no longer needed), and update README to reflect the new process.

docs(s3_vectors): correct the malformed s3_vectors_arn example The example ARN omitted the region segment and used '/' where the ARN grammar requires ':' after the account ID: arn:aws:s3vectors:123456654321/bucket/a-bucket/index/... AWS requires arn:aws:s3vectors:<region>:<account-id>:bucket/<bucket>/index/<index>, which is the form the IAM policy further down the same page already uses. Spice forwards the value to the SDK verbatim (set_index_arn) without parsing it, so a copied example fails at AWS, not at load time.
